Methodological assistance was provided to NIS teachers
On September 20, 2023, the director of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in the city of Taraz, K.I.Abdrakhmanova, senior manager of the Center Excellence Sh.K.Altayeva, as well as teachers of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Kazakh language and literature, English, IT specialists and a curator within the framework of the charity project “Capacity development of rural schools”, in order to provide methodological support, conducted master classes for teachers of a municipal government institution of the education department of the Zhambyl regional administration of the Moyynkum district education department named after T. Ryskulov (resource center).
Master classes included such topics as “Effective organization of formative assessment in the classroom”, “Development of differentiated tasks”, “Use of active methods in the classroom”. During the work the educational work has not gone unnoticed . The school curator shared his experience in implementing the projects “Organizing the work of shanyraks”, TEDx NIS, READx.
Chemistry, Physics and Biology teachers jointly realized the possibilities of using laboratory equipment in the classroom, and an IT specialist shared the capabilities of a 3D printing device in the school STEM classroom.
Director of the school named after T. Ryskulov Sh.S. Kashkimbekova, subject teachers, head of the education department of the Moyynkum district Zh.S. Zhazykbaev expressed gratitude for the methodological support provided by teachers from NIS in the city of Taraz. It is planned that the provision of methodological support to colleagues from the village will continue this academic year.
