NIS carried out monitoring of the educational achievements of 63 rural schools
As part of the joint charity project “Capacity development of rural schools” of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools", Foundation "Qazaqstan Halqyna" and the Foundation for Sustainable Development of Education, the Center for Pedagogical Measurements carried out monitoring of the educational achievements of students in grades 4 and 8 in 63 rural schools. About 9,000 schoolchildren took part in it.
The monitoring took place among 4th grade students in Mathematics, Kazakh language, Russian language, natural science and knowledge of the world, and among 8th grade students in Kazakh language and literature, Russian language and literature, English language, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
The main goal is to determine the current level of knowledge of students in rural schools and improve the individual educational trajectory of students, teaching and learning experience.
Currently, work is underway to process the monitoring results to develop an individual report for each school. Webinars will also be organized for teachers on using reports to improve the educational process.
