The training «NIS Science Teachers Training» held from 22 to 26 October 2015 at Nazarbayev Intellectual School of physics and mathematics in Almaty with the participation of experts from the American company PASSO Scientific Ltd. In order to provide teachers with methodological support on the effective use of formative assessment training workshop was carried out on the topic: “Experience change in effective use of formative assessment” at “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Astana”, “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Karaganda” and “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Almaty” in the period from 27 April to 4 May 2015 with the participation of Professor Gordon Stobart.

The sixteen career guidance specialists of Nazarbayev Intellectual schools and AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" employees have been trained on "Career counseling in educational institutions: innovative approaches in the work of specialists in career counseling" from November 30 to December 7 in Silicon Valley of California, USA.

From November 24 to November 28, 2014, a group of administration representatives and teachers of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools of Uralsk, Atyrau, Kyzyl-Orda and Taraz travelled to Toronto District schools, on the invitation of the Toronto District School Board, Canada, to job shadow Canadian teachers.

A group of teachers from Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Taraz, Kzylorda and Uralsk went to Bell Language School for 2-week Intensive English course.
